Thanks to all who attended our training and grading weekend with Dicker sensei. It was excellent to spend a weekend practicing Daito-ryu with a great bunch of people.
Dicker sensei (yondan) visited the Gold Coast in late April to grade students of Gold Coast Daito-ryu. The weekend seminar saw the following students successfully take kyu tests.
Jasmine Hughes - Sankyu
Scott Roche - double grading Gokyu
Greg Lollback - double grading Yonkyu
David Redmond - Rokkyu
Richard Phillips - Rokkyu
The weekend also saw intensive training with Dicker sensei and an excellent night out at Top Noodle Japanese restaurant. All were exhausted but happy for a weekend of Daito-ryu.
